Exhaust Gas Temperature Probe Install
This picture shows the hole I drilled into the "Y" connector where the up-pipes connect the exhaust output to the turbo input. I placed a large magnet next to the hole to attract the metal shavings. I also put some grease on the drill bit as I drilled to catch the small pieces of metal. after I finished, I used a small magnet to insert into the hole and get any metal residue left over from the drilling. I used the same process while tapping the threads also. a lot of people put the sending probe in the exhaust manifold on the driver's side. I chose to mount it in the union where the two sides come together to get both temps combined.

These pics show the gauges installed. The wood grain pillar post covers match the Lariat
trim perfectly. The gauges are made by Diprocol. They have adjustable green lights which match
the factory gauges.
