Hello Everyone,

We enjoyed our trip home this past month of June. The family was blessed to be able to rest and spend some quality time with friends and family. We had the opportunity to speak for the first time at two of our newer supporting churches with thanks going out to Bro. David Mills and the people of Kossuth Worship Center for allowing me to share and for sponsoring another well. Thanks also go out to Bro. Jimmy Daniels and the people of New Beginnings Church for allowing me to share about the work in Mexico. Thank you Sister Shirley Hight and the tweenagers class (Church of the Crossroads) for inviting me to share and for sponsoring two water projects. Thank you Bro. Gary Caveness, Bro. Jimmy Glover and Bro. Tim Dillingham for letting me share with each of your congregations.
Thanks go out to several people for responding to the need of children's ministry supplies; Wendy Smith (The West Clinic)- bibles, tracts, activity sheets- all in Spanish, Dana Bailey-lots of crayons, Beverly Gooch- Waldron Street Christian Church Sunday School Class- monetary donation, Wendy Wood (Shelly's sister) Waldron Street Christian Church Sunday School class- monetary donation, Joe and Becky Wells (Church of the Crossroads)-monetary donation, Church of the Crossroads- 5 cases of Spanish Bibles. Thank you Euline from T and J Printing for all the shirts and hats you gave us and for doing a great job on our business cards also. A special thanks to Mom and Dad for the much needed new tires for my truck.

Shelly and I had the opportunity to take part in an Emmaus Walk while we were home. It was absolutely wonderful! Our Koinonia walks were held at Tombigbee State park in Tupelo, Ms. Our sponsors were Shelly's parents Mike and Sandy Green. We cannot put into words how much we appreciate them for doing this for us. We were spiritually refreshed and made lots of new friends and one of which is planning on bringing a group down next year to do an outreach with us.

We made the three day trip going back to Creel on Wednesday, July 9th. Tim and Cheryl Scuitto and their girls (see picture below), the new family in town that we will be working with some, came to meet us just as we were pulling into town. They will be working with the pastors of the Assembly of God Church in Creel. It is so amazing how God meets all our needs, even the needs of our children, however small they may seem. The oldest of Tim and Cheryl's girls, Carley, is the same age as Monica. They immediately became good friends which has answered one of our prayers for Monica. Tim will be helping me some on water projects whenever he is not working with pastor Gonzalo. Thank you Tim and Cheryl for bringing in 2 cases of Bibles from our home church and 16 cases of MRE's that Bob Cossell from El Paso, Tx was able to get for us-Thanks Bob!!!

It looks like we are going to be very busy the rest of the summer with the two ongoing water projects we have begun and the outreach ministries with the churches we are networking with. There are at least three different groups coming, plus a man and his son from Louisiana that found our website on the Internet. They will be here the first of August to stay a week with us. Everyone keep us in your prayers!!!
