Missionary Work Truck
I thank God every day for the missions truck He provided for us to use here in Mexico. We couldn't do what we do in the Sierra Madres Mountains without it. Its a 2000 F-350 Lariat edition 4x4 Crew Cab LWB. I have done several modifications to make it more off road ready: 4" lift kit, dual front shocks, dual front steering stabilizes, DP performance chip Tuner, 4" stainless steel turbo back exhaust, custom built ram cold air intake and filter box, onboard 200 psi. air compressor and five gallon tank, 6.0 transmission cooler with dual 10" flex-a-lite fans, crank case ventilation filter, bed mounted auxiliary 105 gallon fuel tank. There are several more things I would love to add that would be very useful here, but I will have to wait until I have the resources to buy them; exhaust brake system, 12,000 + lb winch, upgraded light system, differentials, and upgraded heavier duty transmission and turbo.
Our primary work consists of providing clean drinking water for the Tarahumara Indians who live in the remote villages and small communities in the mountains and canyons of Chihuahua, Mexico. We seek to improve the lives of the Indigenous through water systems, wells, and sanitary latrines and showers to make a positive impact on their lives and their communities. We are also bringing the "Living Water" by showing the Jesus Film in areas where it has never been before.
We invite individuals, couples, church groups, families etc. to come and share in these off road adventures with a purpose.
After a rain the rivers will rise rapidly flooding roads in the mountains.
